Healthy Children and Youth Program – The Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) Program in Missouri is a comprehensive, primary and preventive health care program for MO HealthNet eligible children and youth under the age of 21 years in covered eligibility groups. The program is also known as Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT).
Personal Care: Assisting seniors with activities of daily living including meal preparations.
Homemaker: General household activities.
Consumer Directed Services: The program that pays family to care for their loved ones in the comfort of
their own home.
Nurse Visits: Skilled services provided to clients with stable chronic conditions.
Advanced Personal Care: Maintenance services provided to a recipient when the assistance requires devices and procedures related to altered body functions.
Respite Care: Supervisory and maintenance services provided to a client in the individual’s residence to provide temporary relief to a caregiver.
Private Duty Nursing Adults/Pediatrics: Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide skilled care.
Social Services: to provide clients and their families with the products and services they need to improve the
quality of their lives.

Our VetAssist Program
Who Qualifies for Aid and Attendance?
- Military Service: Minimum 90 days active duty, with at least one day during wartime, and an honorable discharge
- Medical needs: Non-service-connected disability which requires assistance with activities of daily living. If under 65 years of age, must have a letter from Social Security proving a disability.
- Money: (Financial Limitations) Limited resources in relation to medical expenses.
